Hey Mama.png

I see you.

You’re balancing a career, family, and personal goals—and it’s a lot. We learn to juggle it all because each priority is equally important. But some days, the exhaustion catches up, and you wonder how much longer you can keep going. A study published in the Archives of Women’s Mental Health revealed:

“Mothers who take on a disproportionate share of cognitive household labor report higher levels of depression, stress, relationship dissatisfaction, and burnout.”

The invisible load of motherhood is the mental and emotional tasks involved in household labor—tasks that are often overlooked, unacknowledged, and undervalued. The planning, organizing, decision-making, and ongoing managing of all the moving pieces that keep the household functioning.

If left unaddressed, it can take a toll on your physical health, emotional well-being, and relationships, leaving you drained and disconnected.

The good news? You don’t have to carry it all by yourself. In Motherhood & Me, we’re not just sharing tips or pretending everything is fine. We’re tackling the real challenges head-on with systems and support that truly make a difference. This is your space to regain clarity, find ease in the chaos, and reconnect with you.

Motherhood Changed Me

When I became a mom, I joined the millions of women silently carrying the invisible load. I didn’t have words for what I was feeling, but the burnout, exhaustion, and overwhelm were real. Studies show that 40% of moms experience mental health struggles tied to this unseen burden. And I felt the weight of it all. I wanted to be everything: a present mom, a loving partner, a career woman, and a friend. But how could I show up fully without falling apart?

I was overwhelmed, running on empty, and questioning if this was just how it was supposed to feel. And when I was at my wit’s end I decided, this isn’t how it HAS to be.

I found a better way.

Through creating systems that aligned with my priorities, I rediscovered joy, peace, and a sense of control. These weren’t magic fixes—they were intentional tools that helped me manage my time, protect my energy, and feel like myself again.

Now, I want to share these systems with you.
